Section 1 – Definitions

Adapted Material:

Material based on the Licensed Material that is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified requiring permission under Copyright and Similar Rights.

Adapter's License:

License You apply to Your Copyright and Similar Rights in Your contributions to Adapted Material.

BY-SA Compatible License:

A license approved by Creative Commons as essentially equivalent to this Public License.

Copyright and Similar Rights:

Includes copyright, performance, broadcast, sound recording, and sui generis database rights.

Licensed Material:

The original work made available by RugDollz and Doruzu under this license.

Licensor:

RugDollz and Doruzu, or those authorized by them.

Share:

Provide material to the public by any means.

You / Your:

The individual or entity exercising Licensed Rights.

Section 2 – Scope

License Grant:

The Licensor grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to:

  • Reproduce and Share the Licensed Material, in whole or part.
  • Produce, reproduce, and Share Adapted Material.

Key Provisions:

Media and Formats: You may use the Licensed Material across any media and formats, and make necessary technical modifications.

No Downstream Restrictions: You may not impose additional terms or technical measures that restrict others from exercising the Licensed Rights.

No Endorsement: Use of Licensed Material does not imply endorsement by RugDollz, Doruzu, or any attribution parties.

Section 3 – License Conditions

Attribution:

If You Share the Licensed Material (including modified versions):

  • You must give appropriate credit.
  • You must indicate if changes were made.
  • You must provide a link to this Public License.
  • If requested, you must remove attribution to the extent reasonably practicable.

ShareAlike:

If You Share Adapted Material:

  • You must license it under the same or later version of this license, or a BY-SA Compatible License.
  • You must provide a link or full text to the applied Adapter's License.
  • You may not impose additional terms or effective technological measures.

Section 4 – Sui Generis Database Rights

Where applicable:

  • You may extract, reuse, reproduce, and Share all or substantial parts of a database.
  • Databases you create from the Licensed Material are considered Adapted Material.
  • You must comply with the Attribution and ShareAlike terms when Sharing database content.

Trademark and Brand

RugDollz and Doruzu explicitly do not grant any patent or trademark rights relating to the "RugDollz," "RDZ," "Doruzu," names, logos, or marks. These are not licensed under this Public License.

Section 5 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Licensed Material is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.
  • Licensor is not liable for any damages arising out of use of the Licensed Material.
  • Where full disclaimer is not allowed, disclaimers are applied to the greatest extent possible.

Section 6 – Term and Termination

  • This License lasts as long as applicable Copyright and Similar Rights.
  • If You violate the terms, Your rights terminate automatically but may be reinstated:
    • Automatically, if cured within 30 days of discovery.
    • Or by express reinstatement from the Licensor.
  • Licensor may stop distributing Licensed Material but this does not terminate existing rights.
  • Sections 1, 5, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

Section 7 – Other Terms and Conditions

  • Licensor is not bound by additional terms unless expressly agreed.
  • Separate agreements outside this License are independent of it.

Section 8 – Interpretation

  • This License does not reduce or restrict any use that could lawfully happen without permission.
  • If any provision is unenforceable, it will be reformed or severed without affecting the remaining terms.
  • No waiver of any terms unless expressly stated by the Licensor.
  • No limitation or waiver of any privileges or immunities is intended.
